Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information during intake and sessions. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments, following agreed-upon treatment plans, and communicating any concerns or changes that may affect care.

Limitations of Service

Therapy is a collaborative process between the client and therapist, and outcomes are not guaranteed. We do not provide emergency or crisis services. In case of an emergency, clients should call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact their local crisis hotline immediately.

Termination of Services

Either the client or the therapist may choose to end the therapeutic relationship at any time. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, failure to attend scheduled sessions, non-compliance with treatment recommendations, violation of practice policies, or when it is determined that therapy is no longer appropriate or beneficial. If services are terminated, reasonable referrals or recommendations for alternative resources may be provided when appropriate.
